Public Health Observations - Data Gatherers

Thank you for your interest in our study!

Faculty with the IU Fairbanks School of Public Health are conducting a study that is seeking volunteers. Volunteers will be asked to make public observations at stores, businesses, and other facilities related to whether or not employees and customers are following recommended public health guidelines for reducing the spread of COVID-19 (such as wearing a mask or maintaining a social distance from others).

Those who complete this registration form will receive additional instructions, an informational video, and data collection instruments will be provided to you. Volunteers who complete at least 3 observations will receive a certificate of completion. The overall time commitment of a volunteer is expected to be as low as 5 hours. However, volunteers may complete as many observations as they wish.
