IMPRS Research Symposium: Judging Volunteer Form

Please complete the judging volunteer survey for IMPRS if you are interested in participating in evaluating the projects asynchronously.

The symposium is scheduled to take place in-person on July 27 and 28, 2023 in the Medical Science Building Atrium in Indianapolis. In addition to presenting the posters in person, IMPRS students will be submitting a copy of their poster as a pdf file and recorded oral presentations to be shared with the judges for evaluation and scoring for available scholarships and honorable mentions.

As in the past, presentations will be evaluated by judges but this will be accomplished asynchronously (online) during the week of August 14-18. Scores will be submitted via RedCap and due on August 20.

We anticipate to have approximately over 220 projects to evaluate. Each project will be evaluated by two judges. Each judge will evaluate 10 submissions.
