All IN for Health iConnect Training

This is a group training (sessions are open to anyone who registers).
There are no pre-requisites, but we do advise researchers that it's best to have an IRB-approved study before taking training (which is why we ask for IRB number/OnCore protocol ID in the registration form), as this makes for a more optimal training experience.
We do take attendance and we will confirm your account access at the beginning of the training session.
The training covers all aspects of the All IN for Health iConnect system. This includes:

- Access to important iConnect materials/information during your training session.
- How the website looks/works from the volunteer perspective as well as the researcher perspective.
- How to navigate the system and use the different features for recruitment, such as; customizing and managing your study listing page, creating prescreeners, creating campaigns to track referral sources, using the outreach search to identify cohorts and send outreach messaging to contact potential participants, updating referral statuses, and accessing metrics/reports.
- Review of iConnect best practices (expectations and guidelines for using the system).
