Poster Information:

Individuals indicating an interest in submitting a poster will receive an email from the Indiana CTSI with information regarding submission.

Poster submissions must include:
1. An abstract
2. A video no longer than 3 minutes
3. Three PowerPoint slides describing your research as part of your video presentation

The poster submission form will provide information for uploading the abstract, video, and PPT slides.

Poster submissions must be received no later than 5:00 pm EDT on Friday, August 16, 2024 to be considered for presentation at the 2024 Indiana CTSI Annual Meeting. All posters will be considered for presentation. We are interested in research across a wide range of issues and translational stages.

The poster submissions, including the abstract, PowerPoint slides, and 3-minute video presentation of your research, will be judged within the categories:
1. CTSI Funded K12 scholars
2. CTSI Funded T32 Post Doctoral trainees
3. Investigators who have used Indiana CTSI services or resources to conduct their research.

All posters selected for presentation at the 2024 Indiana CTSI Annual Meeting will need to be presented as a physical poster.

The poster presenter must register for the annual meeting (there is no registration fee) and be present during the meeting poster session. If you indicate you wish to submit a poster the link will be sent to you, once you complete your registration.
