Summer 2025 SEED/STEM Student Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to the SEED/STEM Program, affiliated with the IUI campus and the IU School of Medicine. We encourage you to complete this application as accurately and honestly as possible.

Eligibility:
Students currently in grades 10, 11, or 12 will be prioritized for the program. In some cases, students in 9th grade may also be considered.

Application Process:
