We invite you to participate in a brief, voluntary, anonymous 5–10 minute survey examining how surgeon and patient preferences, sociocultural factors, and menstrual cycle timing influence elective endourological procedure scheduling, an area with very limited published evidence to date.

This study is led by the Endourology Division at Indiana University and has been approved by the IRB # (31549). No personal identifiers are collected, and your responses are strictly confidential. Your clinical perspective is invaluable to this work, and we sincerely thank you for your time.
