Poster Submission for the 2022 Indiana CTSI Annual Meeting

Please provide the following information to submit your poster to be considered for presentation at the 2022 Indiana CTSI Annual Meeting. Your poster presentation will also include submission of a two-minute video presentation of your research using three PowerPoint slides. These items are to be uploaded as part of your poster submission. If you need to return to your poster submission to complete the upload of this information you may use the survey code provded to you at the end of the survey.
