IU Simon 2024 High School Summer Programs Application

Thank you for your interest in the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center 2024 Summer Programs. This application is for high school students hoping to participate in the Future Scientist Program.

Please note: This application is only for high school juniors. If you are a university Undergraduate student or high school senior, please complete the IUSCCC Undergraduate Summer Program application instead.

Note on Race and Ethnicity: IUSCCC programs use holistic approach to applications and interviews. This application collects information on race and ethnicity for aggregate data and reporting purposes. Certain IUSCCC summer programs use race and ethnicity as partial criteria for eligibility, but these criteria are always taken into consideration with other characteristics such as socioeconomic status and veteran status.
